How do I contact support?
Open Me > Help > Email support, or email us using the contact block at the end of this page. Replies usually arrive within two business days.
Where do I start?
Add your dog in setup, then use the Today tab for the care log and the Care tab for reminders and records. The features page lists everything.

Frequently asked questions
How do I share my dog's card?
Tap Pup Card in the middle of the tab bar, choose a style and a format, then tap Share. Story 9:16 fits stories and Square 1:1 fits posts and chats.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Export everything as JSON or CSV in Me > Privacy and data.
How do I add a reminder?
Open Care, tap Add reminder, pick a type, set the schedule and time, then save. Notifications are scheduled on your iPhone.
How do I cancel Okaypup Plus?
Open Me > Okaypup Plus > Manage subscription, or iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the paid period.
How does the free trial work?
Some plans start with a free trial. The plans screen shows its length and end date, and the app reminds you 2 days before it ends. Cancel before that date to avoid a charge.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore on the plans screen or Me > Okaypup Plus > Restore purchases. You need to be signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. The free plan includes one dog and Plus adds as many as you like. Switch dogs with the avatar at the top of each tab.
Are the numbers in the app accurate?
They are what you entered or counted. Okaypup totals them and does not interpret them. Ask your vet what they mean for your dog.
How does Find a vet work?
Save your vet and an emergency clinic in Me > Clinic and vets. Find a vet shows call buttons that work offline and a nearby search in Apple Maps.
