By using Okaypup you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition. In short: the app keeps your dog's records and routines, it is not veterinary advice, and subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple account. Updated 3 October 2026.

Not veterinary advice
Okaypup helps you keep records, reminders and routines. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice and is not a substitute for a veterinarian. Breathing counts, weights and notes are values you record yourself. Personality types on Pup Cards are for entertainment only.
Okaypup Plus subscriptions
Plus is offered as an auto-renewing weekly or annual subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID. The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the annual price is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What stays free
The care log, reminders within the free limits, Find a vet and data export stay free. Features that were free when you started are not moved behind Plus later.
Your content and acceptable use
You own what you enter, and it stays on your device unless you share it. Do not use Okaypup to break the law or to share content you have no right to share.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Okaypup is provided as is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including decisions about your dog's care. Contact: support@dziby.com. See the privacy policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore earlier purchases in the app with Restore Purchases, on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy.
